THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and
KingCase Operations Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated and registered under
the laws of Cyprus. These Terms govern your access to and use of the KingCase.gg website and all
associated services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of our services by anyone under 18 is
strictly prohibited.
2.2. One Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one (1) account. The use of
multiple accounts to manipulate referral systems, bonuses, or game outcomes will result in immediate
termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.3. KYC (Know Your Customer): We reserve the right to perform identity verification procedures at
any time. This may include requesting copies of government-issued ID, utility bills, or proof of payment
methods.
3. VIRTUAL CREDITS AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
3.1. Nature of Credits: The Site operates using "Credits," a virtual currency. Credits are not legal tender,
have no fiat value, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They are purely for entertainment purposes within
the KingCase ecosystem.3.2. Strict No-Refund Policy: All purchases of Credits are final. Due to the digital and instantaneous
nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds, reversals, or cancellations under any
circumstances once a deposit is confirmed or a game has been initiated.
3.3. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will be considered a breach of contract. We
reserve the right to pursue legal action in Cyprus to recover the funds and all associated legal fees.
4. VERIFICATION OF MAJOR WINNINGS
4.1. Audit Rights: KingCase Operations Ltd reserves the right to audit and verify any winnings exceeding
a threshold determined by the Company (e.g., winnings over $5,000 USD or equivalent). This is to ensure
game integrity and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.2. Verification Process: The verification process may take between 7 to 30 business days. During this
period, the winnings and the associated account may be temporarily locked for review. Users must
cooperate fully with our security team during this audit.
5. PAYOUT SCHEDULES AND INSTALLMENTS
5.1. Installment Payments: For exceptionally large winnings (e.g., Jackpots or high-value items over
$10,000 USD), the Company reserves the right to fulfill the payout or item redemption in monthly
installments rather than a lump sum.
5.2. Schedule: The specific installment schedule will be communicated to the User following the
completion of the verification process. Installments will typically be distributed over a period of 6 to 24
months, depending on the total value.
6. PROVABLY FAIR AND GAME INTEGRITY
We utilize a Provably Fair system to ensure that all outcomes are random and transparent. By participating
in any game on the Site, you accept that the result generated by our Random Number Generator (RNG) is
final and binding. Technical discrepancies or visual glitches do not override the server-side result.
7. PHYSICAL ITEM REDEMPTION AND SHIPPING
7.1. Redemption: Users may choose to redeem virtual items for physical goods. All redemptions are
subject to stock availability.
7.2. Fees and Taxes: The User is solely responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, and customs duties,
VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.8. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCT
Users shall not engage in: (a) money laundering; (b) the use of bots or automated scripts; (c) exploiting
software bugs; (d) spreading defamation or harassment against the Site or other users; (e) using VPNs to
bypass regional restrictions.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF CYPRUS, KINGCASE
OPERATIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING SERVER
DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF PERCEIVED VIRTUAL VALUE.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Cyprus.
